We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
